´California I´, 10x10 cm

A little glimpse of California captured in colour, light and atmosphere. This small semi-abstract landscape evokes the feeling of a warm day somewhere between open land, distant hills and the endless blue of the sky. Soft, natural shapes meet touches of brighter colour, leaving just enough space for your own imagination.

California I looks especially beautiful as part of a set with California II and III. Together, the three paintings create a harmonious little series, like three remembered moments from the same journey. Yet each painting also has its own character and looks charming on its own.
