Versand

Orders are usually send or shipped by registered mail with Deutsche Post / DHL, Hermes or UPS. The shipping of the items ordered will be latest 1-2 weeks after receipt of money. Usually it takes within 3-5 business days, unless we are on vacation or otherwise not available. Once the shipment is processed you will receive an email from us.

Customs

If the product is shipped to other countries, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require. We are not liable for any costs due to customs nor are we responsible for delays due to customs.
